Classes For All Learners and Abilities

Our Teen program is designed for older beginners who are new to swimming or looking to build confidence in the water. With supportive, age-appropriate instruction, we focus on developing fundamental swimming and water safety skills, helping each student progress at their own pace. The program bridges the gap so teens can comfortably and confidently transition into our regular lesson pathways.

Beginner Teens


Our Beginner Swimming program for teens is designed to build water confidence and teach essential swimming skills in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for those with little or no prior experience, this program focuses on water safety, breath control, floating, and mastering basic strokes like freestyle and backstroke. With patient instruction and encouragement, teens will develop foundational swimming techniques at their own pace, fostering confidence and independence in the water.


Intermediate Teens


The Intermediate Swimming program is ideal for teens who are comfortable in the water and have mastered basic swimming skills. This level focuses on refining stroke techniques, improving endurance, and introducing more advanced skills such as breaststroke, backstroke turns, and freestyle breathing coordination. The program aims to enhance efficiency and speed while reinforcing water safety and confidence, helping teens progress toward becoming competent and skilled swimmers.

Designed for individuals involved in multi sports or swimmers who want to improve their swimming fitness and knowledge to achieve their own swimming goals. It targets the specific endurance and speed needs of the individual's primary sport/event and further develops swimming technique, skills, and conditioning.
