Nicki Johnson
Owner
Nicki Johnson is the Owner and Founder of Advantage Aquatics. With over 25 years of experience teaching children to swim, Nicki is passionate about helping every child feel confident, safe, and happy in the water.
Nicki’s journey began over fifteen years ago when she started teaching swimming while completing her psychology degree. She quickly discovered how much she loved connecting with children, understanding their individual needs, and guiding them to achieve their goals. That personal approach inspired her to open Advantage Aquatics in 2014 — a place where every child is supported, encouraged, and celebrated.
Nicki is especially dedicated to helping children who experience fear or water trauma, and she personally trains our instructors to ensure each lesson is filled with patience, understanding, and fun. At Advantage Aquatics, we believe swimming is more than a sport, it’s a life-saving skill and a lifelong confidence builder.
