Adult – Beginner
Our Beginner Learn to Swim program is perfect for adults with little to no prior swimming experience. In a supportive and relaxed environment, we focus on building water confidence, developing basic swimming skills, and mastering essential techniques like floating, kicking, and basic strokes. Progress at your own pace as you gain the skills needed to move safely and confidently in the water.
Adult Intermediate
The Intermediate program is designed for adults who are comfortable in the water and have mastered the basics but want to refine their technique and build endurance. This level introduces more advanced stroke techniques, breathing coordination, and improved efficiency in the water, giving you the skills to swim longer distances with confidence and control.

Adults – Advanced/Stroke Correction
Our Advanced/Stroke Correction program is tailored for proficient swimmers who want to take their skills to the next level. With a focus on perfecting stroke mechanics, improving speed, and building endurance, this program provides personalised feedback to help you achieve your swimming goals - whether it’s for fitness, competition, or personal improvement.
Adults – Waterphobia
Our Waterphobia program is designed specifically for adults with a fear of water. In a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment, we focus on gradually overcoming fear through gentle exposure, relaxation techniques, and confidence-building activities. With patient guidance, you’ll develop a sense of comfort and control in the water, empowering you to enjoy swimming at your own pace.
