Pool Hire

Our new facility will soon offer private pool hire, giving therapists, trainers, schools, and community groups access to a clean, warm-water environment for their individual needs. The pool is perfectly suited for therapy sessions, small-group fitness training, school or childcare activities or sports team recovery. We will offer flexible booking times and a private, well-maintained space that is ideal for those seeking a controlled environment. AquaFit

AquaFit is a fun and invigorating water-based fitness class designed to support adults of all ages and fitness levels. These sessions combine aerobic exercise, resistance training and mobility work, all performed in the supportive and low-impact environment of warm water.
